All orders are made-to-order, meaning each item is produced after your purchase.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. This includes production time before the item is shipped.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed.

Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
In most cases, you can expect your order within 7–12 business days.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• shipping carriers
• customs processing
• incorrect shipping information
• high demand periods
• events outside our control

Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is already shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at jetnode.dev@gmail.com and include:

• your order number
• clear photos of the issue

We will review and resolve the issue.
