Refund policy
All products are made-to-order and produced only after your purchase. Because of this, we do not keep stock and cannot resell returned items.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

dissatisfaction with design or expectations
EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
However, due to the nature of our made-to-order production:

returned items must be unused and in original packaging

return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

original shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will replace or refund your order if:

the item is damaged

the item is defective

you received the wrong item

Returns Process
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
